As so many of today’s medical frontiers exist on an overwhelmingly complex cellular and molecular level, the elucidation of biological mechanisms is an increasing challenge. The use of creative biomedical visualization is an essential tool.
The ability to create 3 dimensional imagery and animation has dramatically changed the experience of learning. A 3D representation of a cell, or a biological pathway, imparts a more fully realized and deeper understanding than does a diagram, or a description.
