May was a busy month with almost one event per week. Here is one of our live events, onsite presence with hybrid attendance and on-demand viewing. Maybe the post-pandemic new standard. Enabling locals and corporate teams to meet again, supporting remote attendance while doing good for the planet, and prolonging the event life with on-demand opportunities.

Surely post-pandemic and in the current environment state, no way to waste any resource used, recycling/up-cycling must be and is part of our DNA in executing any scientific meeting.

From our digital engagement with the registered audience pre-meeting, internal communication plan, full faculty management, editorial & medical writing to getting all ready for optimal remote attendance, our team mastered all aspects of this event and provided support to our client to meet all requirements from the conference organization for such a symposium.

It felt good to be onsite again, it felt right to be careful about the resources used, and it felt even better to know that both the faculty and our client were very pleased with the outcome of the session.
