pre-ECTRIMS: The Sprint Before the Congress

We organised for a client a pre-ECTRIMS conference as a fast-paced experience built around «Dream – Dare – Do» mindset and an Accelerate 2026 brand ambition.

Rather than relying on presentations only, the meeting focused on active participation, movement, and practical applications. Learning took place through short, hands-on stations, keeping energy high and supporting participants to quickly apply tools and concepts to their own markets.

The Relay Race theme shaped the entire experience. Participants received a race-bib name badge, a relay baton, and used an app designed like a race tracker. Session names, visuals, and transitions followed the Dream–Dare–Do sequence: defining ambitions, challenging assumptions, and committing to next steps.

Beyond the interactive formats, the meeting created space for teams to exchange perspectives and align expectations for the congress. Wordclouds captured high anticipation for the next edition and strong energy heading into ECTRIMS 2025.

Participants left not only informed, but motivated, clearer on their priorities, more connected across markets, and better equipped for what comes next.
