Project description

After two years of virtual meetings, the INNOTIO team was back onsite in San Diego, California, to deliver a hybrid symposium at an international medical congress.

From the outset, our team provided support to the client and built a scientifically relevant and captivating program that integrated with the client’s strategic objectives. Another essential component of our work to make the symposium a success was the development of a corporate design reflecting the medical aspect of the program, integrating it into the corporate identity and generating interest and curiosity among the delegates. This visual identity served as the basis for designing and implementing a consistent communication plan and meeting materials. Our team also took care of probably the most important part of the preparations, without which no scientific event would be possible – the faculty management. From inviting the speakers, to planning all logistical aspects, to being the point of contact for all symposium-related matters, our team has always been responsive, professional and helpful to the speakers. At INNOTIO, it is of utmost importance to us to establish and maintain sustainable contacts for our clients with the top scientists in the field. To ensure highest scientific standards and compliance with the regulatory requirements, our medical team has done an excellent job in reviewing, preparing and processing the presentations in the client’s due diligence system. It goes without saying that our team was on hand to brief the speakers and coordinate the technical aspects of the meeting ensuring that the symposium ran smoothly.

It’s a good feeling to be back and finally doing what we enjoy most in person again. If you enjoy what you do as much as we do and are interested in a reliable, dedicated and competent partner, we look forward to hearing from you and working with you to strive for excellence together.
