A great example of our agility was the recent successful corporate pre-launch we produced for one of our clients: a memorable, lively and very engaging virtual event with live sessions over 2 days, 3 regions and more than 300 participants from over 60 countries! On the top of this a meeting app for enhanced engagement beyond usual polling, voting and wordclouds with great competition among all attendees worldwide and last but not least a 360 virtual booth hosting all core items relevant to the meeting, in a safe and state of the art platform.
For such a significant event it was crucial that the presentations and digital execution were flawless. Our team worked tirelessly with our client to ensure that all aspects of the event were delivered in a way that ensured the meeting motto was consistently communicated which contributed to a high recognition value. The sessions were conducted and filmed in a fully equipped professional studio with presenters from a variety of remote locations and our team provided a stage design which resulted in a production of TV quality.
Last but not least, over 250 welcome boxes were sent to the participants worldwide containing gadgets, power snacks and concentration games which were an innovative way to lighten the atmosphere and strengthen the connection between attendees and the meeting theme: A logistic achievement in COVID times.
