Project description

Since the pandemic has taken hold of our world, the focus of our team at INNOTIO in 2021 has been to continue to virtually deliver stellar events for our clients that allow healthcare professionals to continue the important development and training they have historically received at live medical conferences.

This week, we just delivered again a virtual Global Summit on Hypoparathyroidism, with over 400 participants from all over Europe and beyond. This Summit spanned three intense sessions over two days with a global panel of 14 faculty members focusing on the intervention needed to decrease long-term complications of hypoparathyroidism.

INNOTIO’s project management scope included coordination with client and faculty for content generation, editorial review, overall Summit creative concept, streaming platform content and design, and overall communication plan, both internally and externally.

Our 360-degree Pavilion uniquely enables registered delegates to have a fully immersive experience during the event and even more important it provides a platform for them to view presentations they may have missed or may want to watch again at their convenience, allowing them to dive in at any time and go directly to what matters most to them.

The devil is in the detail, so that is what we focus on. We take care of our clients’ every need across all aspects of the event production to ensure a seamless and successful execution.

When post meeting, faculty members and delegates share with us the following, you know that we will make you shine: β€œYou are all amazing and you made this digital Summit as close as you can get to be in a real life setting. It was a pleasure to work with you, very straight-forward and professional.”
