INNOTIO celebrates International Women’s Day on March 8th

International Women’s Day – is this hype still necessary?
The world is far from gender justice. Women are often paid less than men and are often underrepresented in power and decision-making positions.
In some regions of the world, girls are still not allowed to attend schools and are more prone to hunger.
Women are more often victims of sexual violence and do unpaid jobs more often than men. According to the World Bank, a total of around five million more women than men live in extreme poverty, especially in South Asia and in Africa, sub-Saharan Africa.
Since 1921, WE have been celebrating International Women’s Day on March 8th. And we, women, say: “Yes, this day is still needed!
INNOTIO operates internationally and as long as there is still a disadvantaged woman in this world, we will raise our votes for women.
At INNOTIO we are nothing without “our boys”. And still: Our core team is women-driven. Clearly. INNOTIO is female! Our boss is a woman. Employees who joined first and are core pillars of our success are women.
So do we still need the hype surrounding International Women’s Day? At INNOTIO: No. But for many other employers: YES!
Raise your voice on March 8th for women’s rights worldwide, because we are all equal!
